Carmen has had her own coaching practice since 2007. Before founding Creating Greatness, Carmen worked as a Career Advisor for 4 years with the Art Institute of New York City, and was responsible for placing all Interior Design, Web Design and Digital Film graduating students, as well as assisting current students with finding major related employment. Prior, Carmen was in Sales, a Project Manager at the Vanguard Group and several years of management and leadership in the Social Services with the Boys and Girls Clubs.
Carmen Reynal received her Bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College where she was a John Marshall Scholar.
Carmen has also had six years of leadership coaching, head coaching and executive head coaching experience and leadership training event management for one of the premier global personal and professional training and development companies.
