Aviation Thinking

The TEB-IT Foundation is built on the principle of **Aviation Thinking. This is the process of taking a decision-making opportunity to a higher altitude in order to land at a New Destination that is far away from the current circumstance or situation that a person is dealing with. **Aviation Thinking blends the elements of Human Socialization with principles from the Aviation Industry, which deals with the taking off and landing of aircraft vessels from different departing locations to the arrival at New Destinations.  

Why Aviation Thinking? The world-renowned genius Albert Einstein said it best in one of his favorite quotes, “We cannot solve our problems with the same level of THINKING we used when we created them.” Therefore, a person who exhibits a challenging circumstance and is then able to aviate his or her thinking will land at a New Destination beyond the challenging circumstance (problem).  

However, **Aviation Thinking is also applicable to general standards and visions that can be aviated as well. For us to move the Human Race forward, our current standards, norms, and visions have to be aviated. Otherwise, we will continue to get the same old results over and over, as Einstein is subliminally pointing out in his quote. The other vital component in Einstein’s quote is the highlight of what is used to solve our Human Socialization problems; Thinking. Therefore, The TEB-IT Foundation supplies the world with **Aviation Thinking, in the essence of aviating our ability to think above the level of our social problems, standards, norms, and visions, which will enable us to move our Human Race to a higher level of operation and functionality.  

Within **Aviation Thinking, we created six inner core principles that are designed to maximize the full benefits of this process of thinking. Here are the six core principles, which are all still aligned with the Aviation Industry:

1. Safety--- Without safety everything falls apart. Therefore, this is the core element of the six core principles.  

2. Balance--- Imbalance is the nature of destruction. Therefore, Balance serves as the essence of construction. To reach to a New Destination, it has to be constructed, in which Balance plays a major role.  

3. Aviate--- Our ability to raise an element to a higher level of frequency and operation, which allows a new result to emerge. In essence, a New Destination is a New Result, which has been aviated.  

4. Partnership--- The process of blending different components that contributes to the arrival at a New Destination, as no man is an island. This is a very pivotal element in Aviation Thinking that aligns a person with the inclusion of other nouns (person, place, thing, etc.)  

5. Now--- The moment in which the aviation begins to take place. The ability to be decisive with making a decision right NOW begins the process of the New Destination.  

6. Communication---- The universal tool that connects and aligns transition from one element to another. Communication sits right next to the element of Safety when prioritizing is a major concern.      

When all six principles are blended and serve as one UNIT, the process of **Aviation Thinking begins to take place. **Aviation Thinking is the key element that brought forth the construction of The TEB-IT Foundation and its 12-figure visionary operation. Now, if you were to think about the average figure that is discussed in a visionary business or earning setting, the dialogue would be around accumulating 5, 6, 7 or 8 figures.
