Did you know that a circuit that is wired incorrectly or backward can cause a short in the entire circuit? This is often referred to as Short Circuit, which causes the life-span of the circuit to be shorter than expected. Now, let us blend this understanding into the context of the human body, in which the wire is the language. The language is what connects us, causes our operation, and it is also the method in which we use to communicate with others. A short-circuit language between two persons can cause a major conflict, which sometimes leads to death; an unexpectedly short life. “Rub someone wrongfully,” is a street language that we unconsciously used to express the term short-circuiting language.  

Therefore, when the language is wired incorrectly or backward, there is an imbalance that comes into play. The imbalance then leads to some form of destruction: fight, bullying, death, etc. The average fight, disagreement, physical altercations, etc., typically start with a language that is wired incorrectly (said incorrectly- tone, manner, articulation, etc.) or backward (restrictions- such as, do not look at me!). The restriction or backward language sometimes takes on a stronger toll than the incorrectly wired language. A person’s language and body are designed to flow and when these two elements are restricted then it becomes a backed up (go backward or return to sender) element. The person is no longer allowed to move or SAY what is on their mind, as there is a restriction of the flow. The backed-up element/s then becomes an element of fear, stress, anger, or frustration. When these elements are built up to an overwhelming state, they will begin to excrete from the body in the form of harm/s (actions).     

Here is a list of examples of backward wiring language: 

• I don’t want to be late for the event 

• Do not litter  

• No Talking / Stop Talking  

We speak what we do not want, which restricts us and leave out what it is that we desire.  

• I will arrive early for the event 

• Place your litter in the trash can  

• Be silent  

Language is above and beyond a pivotal element in our FLOW, growth, development, and sustainability. However, incorrect use such as the term “Short-Circuit” will cause our FLOW, growth, development, and sustainability to be less than expected. We are often led to our demise by inheriting a “Short-Circuit” language that lessens our life expectancy hence, we are unable to go above and beyond our circumstances. There are even studies that show that the fewer words (language) that are known and used in a child’s vocabulary is the less developed the child is in comparison to the child’s counterpart that knows and uses more vocabulary. This study is called the Vocabulary Gap and can be researched online. Therefore, The TEB-IT Foundation is keen on creating vocabulary words that emphasize a certain flow of our language in our operation and our communication with others. We created what is coined, “TEBITAH” language, which represents safety, oneness and divine order.

Our TEBITAH Language Glossary:

• TEB-IT --- The Educo Blend In TEAching 
• TEB-IT That!--- I got it (Used to replace the saying, "Roger That!")
• TEBITEER--- To connect and assist others when they are caught in a rough patch/pothole on their life's journey (deer caught in a headlight)
• TEBITIZATION ---- To socially equipped nations to understand a deeper impact of their thoughts, actions and behaviors toward each other and the environment (The Act of  Globalization) 
• TEBITIZE/D--- To socially understand one's impact on others and the environment through one's thoughts, actions and behaviors.  
• TEBITIZING--- To actively share with others about how their own thoughts, actions and behaviors impact others and their environment
• TEBITALLY --- To collectively work with others on one accord and one alliance to complete a larger task 

• **Aviation  Thinking--- The process of bringing a thought, circumstance, situation, vision, standard, etc., to a higher level of understanding with an outcome of a New Destination.  
• **Sayfety--- The ability to feel SAFE to SAY what’s on our mind without facing any form of judgment or criticism
• **Sayfely--- Saying what’s on our mind without being judged or criticized by others in our environment. 
• **Sayfe--- Being able to verbally grow, develop and sustains one’s interpersonal relationship
• **Wholisitic--- The approach of All doing the work that will benefit the ONE Human Race
• **Global Vacuuming--- The process in which the oceanic water automatically cleanses and restores the land of its overwhelming dirt and toxic activities 
• TEAching--- The blend of bringing someone’s understanding to a New location that starts a new paradigm.
• **TEAching-Training--- The balanced blend of TEAching about a new element and acquire the necessary training to support the growth, development and sustainability of such new element over a lifetime period.
• **Debiter--- A person who selflessly shares their own understanding, value and worth with others for the sake of increasing the understanding, worth and value of others
• **WorkSHIP---The process in which a person uses a life data-driven formula to work their own ship (body) to arrive at a New Destination. 
• **Black Box Friendship--- A provided safe space to someone before, during or after a fatal incident, in which such safe space is available even after death.

• Organic Learning--- The natural way of acquiring new information through our senses and instincts, which increases our growth, development and sustainability 
• Inflewence--- The process in which an increase in one area causes an element to flow from a location to a New Destination.
• Influencer--- The noun that increases another noun to flow from an old destination to a New Destination.
• Inflewenced--- An element that flowed from an old destination to New Destination.
• Inflewencial--- Having the potential to flow an element from an old destination to a New Destination.
• Hopen--- To have a hopeful opportunity being opened 
• Hopener--- The element that causes the opening of hope for others. 

• Bull-ster---A person or thing, especially a bully, that holds in place a level of aggression that will trigger an internal or external hurt, harm, fear, suffering, etc. 
• Hurt-ster--- A person or thing that manifests a character to intentionally or unintentionally excrete their own hurt, pain, suffering, or fear unto another.
• Hold-ster--- A person or thing that holds in the hurt, pain, suffering or fear within.
• Potent-ster--- A person or thing that is equipped with a great deal of potential but holds it inside.
• Grow-ster--- A person flowing from one stage to another, in which both inside and outside are equally balanced.
