The TEB-IT Logo started out with the imagination of a hand palm that appeared as if the palm is holding something significant inside it. The palm was covered with the crouching of the fingers as if a person had written the answer of a test and was concealing it during the test, as he or she took a peek at the answer. This crouching hand position represented something significant being covered in safety away from the other test takers and was interpersonal to the person.
While the idea was a good concept, what came alive while design the hand palm, was a NEW concept of four horizontal blocks with the covering of one vertical block. These five blocks would represent the five areas of The TEB-IT Foundation, which are Family-Ship, Friend-Ship, Relation-Ship, Partner-Ship, and Stranger-Ship (See our Terminals for more information on the five representations). The five blocks were perfect as their designed shape reflected the old-time aircraft. The aircraft is a part of the Aviation Industry, which prioritizes Safety. Therefore, the old aircraft design was another perfect option that unconsciously came out during the hand palm designing.
After months of using such a logo to represent the Foundation, the idea to redesign the logo was discussed with the board members. The first logo provided by the graphic designer was a remodeled version of the older aircraft with new colors, layout, and texture. However, it was placed back on the drawing board for a NEW look rather than a remodeled version. Unbeknown at the particular time, was the imbalance of The TEB-IT Foundation. We pride ourselves on creating and developing New Destinations however, we were being represented by the OLD aircraft design. Basically, we desired to go somewhere NEW, but yet we had an old representation; imbalance. It was a living reflection of the many that desired something new in their life but kept the old behaviors or old ways of doing things..
The NEW version that was presented in a draft format was perfect. It represented a blend of a bird and an aircraft. But not just any bird, the Doctor bird with its long tail feathers. We are not sure if the graphic designer was aware of the etymology word for the word Aviation during his creation, which is a Latin or French name, “Avis.” Avis is a bird. Therefore, the blend of the bird and aircraft is our representation of the past and present. As we have highlighted in our TEB-IT Miracle section, safety is a miracle healing element that heals fear, stress, anger, frustration, etc., just to name a few imbalanced elements. Safety is a natural Doctor in itself, in which the Doctor Bird in the logo represents. The overall logo is a representation of us healing the past in the present moment through the natural Doctor of Safety.
The five blocks are now represented in the four feathers, which subliminally there is a fifth feather. This is the **Wholistic approach when all four feathers are combined to make one UNIT, similar to the Transformer cartoon in their moment to work on a larger mission. It makes the work as light as a feather, which is another form of safety beyond the point of fear, stress, anger, and frustration, which are all heavy loads to carry. Safety is the Natural Doctor (ND) of our lives that is subliminally unnoticeable. This is what the NEW logo represents; the subliminal blend of the Doctor Bird and the Aircraft to operate as a **Wholistic approach of healing trough the Natural Doctor of Safety.
