To every problem, there is a solution. Therefore, as a road is to a vehicle such is a problem is to a solution. However, when there is a need for resolving crime and violence, there is an imbalance of thoughts between the solutionist and the crime doer. Sometimes, crime and violence are a way-of-life for the crime doer and he or she does not view it as a problem. It is a means to an end for the doer, which is a way to survive. On the other hand, those who are trying to resolve crime and violence may view this means to an end as a problem and thus calculates a solution to the problem. This then allows for a solution to a problem to be matched with trying to resolve a way-of-life, as a means to an end.   

Hence, the imbalanced wiring is that there is a solution, which is for a problem, but for the crime doer, this is a way-of-life. Therefore, there is a mismatch or crosswire of a solution to a way-of-life, which is similar to having an in-home plumbing problem and calling a dentist to come in a fix the problem. It is not to say that some dentists aren’t capable of fixing a plumbing problem, but that is not their professional expertise. When there is a plumbing problem we should call the designated plumber, which takes the load off a dentist who would no longer have to play both roles.  

This is the same for the way-of-life for crime doers... They have to be matched and wired accordingly, which is to find a new way-of-life for them. The TEB-IT Foundation focuses on providing a lifestyle in Safety/Safety, which is a way-of-life. It is not a solution to a problem, but rather an interpersonal element that is contributory to a person’s FLOW, growth, development and sustainability. We can live safely/sayfely for the rest of our lives or deal with the reality of being unsafe, imbalanced and wired incorrectly. The TEB-IT Foundation doesn’t believe that our greatest asset as Human Beings or the Human Race was for us to be on Earth destructively impacting each other. Safety/Sayfety for us is a lifestyle that we choose daily. Everyone and everything and every element need a piece of safety/sayfety in their daily living. The lifestyle that Safety/Sayfety provides is one that overrides scarcity and increases the opportunity and possibility to live, thrive, FLOW,grow, develop and sustain our access to abundance.
