Why do we specialize in TEAching-Training?      

The TEB-IT Foundation uses the blended principles of **TEAching-Training in a manner that combines TEAching and Training into one unit. Distinctively we spelled the word **TEAching with an upper-case TEA to reference it with a breakfast meal. Breakfast is universally considered by many as the first meal of the day and has significant benefits in setting the rest of the day’s operation and functionality. Therefore, as a TEAching Foundation (TEB-IT: The Educo Blend in TEAching), we offer the specialty of TEAching something first to a person’s understanding, which is considered the first meal of the day to a New Destination. The word “New” is a common language in the operation and functionality of The TEB-IT Foundation, which correlates with New Destinations.       

To get to a New Destination, which is an unfamiliar place, the process of training must be applied. Training allows the mind, body, and soul to be developed in the practice areas where the training is being applied. This allows the brain and body to be synchronized with what is often referred to as a developed habit or character. Otherwise, to TEAch a person something NEW and abort the training, is the recipe to have the person revert to the old element/behavior/habit/character/etc., as he or she is in a state of imbalance. An imbalance is a nature of destruction. In The TEB-IT Foundation, we say, “Train in it or Revert to it…” Hence, this is the main reason why we prioritized in **TEAching-Training.       

The other vital component of **TEAching-Training is the understanding that if something NEW is not given to a person in his or her circumstance or situation, then the person will remain in the old element/behavior/habit/character/etc. The diagram of the Safety Fuel Gauge is a model that we designed to demonstrate this vital component. We often feed/fuel a person’s character with the maintenance of giving the person the same thing over and over again. Until something NEW is provided, then it is just maintaining the old character, which leads to the same old Destination.
