Mr. Parker has been involved in economic development, commercial and residential real estate for the past 20 years.  He was instrumental in the creation and development of the Philadelphia Stars Negro League Memorial Park and has worked on and been involved in the revitalization of the West Parkside area.    

With a career of over 30 years in communication, Mr. Parker worked as an account representative with WCAU TV/CBS, responsible for over $50 M in sales.   He has produced over 2,500 television and radio programs.  Among his other accomplishments, Mr. Parker owned WHAT Radio, produced stage plays, special events, and community fairs.  

Born and raised in our City, Mr. Parker served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.  He now lives with his wife, Marjorie, in Center City Philadelphia.  Marjorie and Miller travel widely to broaden their reach and enhance their creative contributions.
